You will be responsible for providing an efficient accounts service, ensuring financial records are kept accurate and up to date, and assist others within the organisation as required. Your duties will include, but not restricted to:
o Daily banking of cheques received via post to achieve cut off time for delivery to bank.
o Produce daily client and office bank account cheque payments and complete relevant postings to the finance system.
o Process cheque slip rejections for those requests not processed with reasons for rejections.
o Process daily bank transfers between group bank accounts and process related entries onto finance system.
o Raise daily client bills.
o Process daily Bacs receipts.
o Produce daily client and office bank account BACS payments and complete relevant postings to finance system.
