A vacancy is available for an apprentice to join the Accounts/Closure team. As an Apprentice Archiving Administration Assistant, you will be a vital part of the team, providing high quality administration and support to the business.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wishes to begin a career within a professional organisation and gain a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week.

Job Description

You will be responsible for resolving client account ledger balances in accordance with the SRA Accounts rules. Further duties will include:

  • Ensure completed case files are closed correctly in line with Group procedures.
  • Identify, submit and process write off requests when required.
  • Identify, calculate and return genuine over payments to third parties.
  • Cash collection of funds post settlement from Third Party Insurers.

Person Specification

The successful candidate must commit to upholding the company’s core values, Integrity, Respect, Loyalty and Reliability and ensure that they are demonstrated throughout their working practice. You should also possess the relevant attributes and experience outlined below:

  • 5 GCSEs– Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • ·Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives.

  • Ability to identify where problems may arise and adopt a solutions-focused approach.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills
  • IT literate.
  • Commitment to own personal development.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
