  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide help and advice to clients and third parties via telephone and email.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and keep their records updated.
  • Investigate and solve client queries.
  • Chase supporting evidence in relation to client claims.
  • Send correspondence to clients via email and post.
  • Minimise Fee Earner’s workload by being the first point of contact for clients and third parties.
  • Being articulate, having strong communication skills and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
  • Reviewing and referring calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Efficiently manage a task load from the dedicated Customer Service Team task list.

Competitive Base Salary of £20,923.50, and excellent earning potential with a performance-related bonus.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • ·Customer Service experience
  • Contact centre experience (Minimum of 6 months)
  • Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives.
  • Good independent and team working skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • ·Problem-solving skills
  • IT literate

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Insurance Sector experience
  • Target-driven/Experience working to KPI’s
