We are looking for committed team players to join our Customer Service team and support the continued expansion of the company. Candidates will be required to provide excellent delivery of our service to customers and stakeholders, building excellent customer relationships and providing a support function to fee earners within the firm.

Job Description

Your duties will include:

  • Providing help and advice to clients and third parties via telephone and email.
  • Investigating and solving client queries.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients.
  • Chasing supporting evidence in relation to client claims.
  • Sending correspondence to clients via email and post.
  • Updating client records.
  • Minimising Fee Earners workload by dealing with clients and third parties at first point of contact.
  • Reviewing and referring calls through to the appropriate department.
  • Efficiently managing a task load from the dedicated CST task list.
