A new opportunity has arisen for a BI/Data Analyst to join our expanding IT Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for, scrutinising, designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, in line with Winn Group requirements and projects, along with associated MI to quantify KPI’s within the Group.

Responsibilities
- As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying and maintaining BI solutions
- Building and maintaining effective tools for interaction with third parties
- Building and analysis of MI to track and monitor performance through KPIs
- Working with IT and Group users on technical and development projects as required by the business and to agreed timescales
- Provide support for all BI solutions and related issues, including liaising with third party suppliers
- Assist where necessary with any training requirements and materials arising from new/amended BI/Data projects
- ·Keep up to date with technical knowledge and industry developments
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used

Essential Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, XML/JSON/Python programmes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
- Able to work on projects alone or as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Proclaim case management system is desirable but not essential
- Implementation and maintenance of BI solutions and programmes
- Experience in Project Management and working towards tight deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to demonstrate strong work ethic and effective communication
- Problem solving initiative and a solutions-focused approach
