Road accident management firm Winn Assist has won a major national award in recognition of its high standard of customer service and expertise.
Winn Assist scooped the Outstanding Claims Management Team of the Year title at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards 2014 at a glittering ceremony at Senate House in London.
The category was judged by an esteemed panel of industry experts, including Gary Lobb, head of motor claims at Ageas, Martin Hall, director of commercial underwriting and pricing at NIG and Malcolm Hyde, executive director at The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.
The award follows a number of successes for Winn Assist in recent years, including being shortlisted for last year’s and this year’s Claims Innovation Awards and winning the ABP Night of Knights Awards Repairers Choice Award for Accident Management Company in 2012.
