Suzanne Winn has recently celebrated her ten-year anniversary of working with the firm. We caught up with her to find out more about her experience of working with us.

“I have many memories relating to all of the different people I’ve worked with over the years – there have been some great characters! When I arrived I’d only worked in a really tiny office so I remember being really shocked at the amount of people here, and the sheer size of the place – and that was ten years ago – everything has grown even bigger now!

"I really think Winns is a good company to work for – they look after their staff – I feel appreciated and I think if you work hard, you are rewarded.

"Before joining the firm, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do in terms of a career, but I had an interest in law, so I thought it would be interesting to work for a firm of solicitors. Once I arrived the people were so nice, the ten years have flown by and I’ve never considered leaving. I’ve found that every day is different and the company is always changing and progressing.

"I started off as a Legal Secretary, before moving up to a Team Leader – and now I work as a Personal Assistant to the Directors. I’m really happy about my recent change in role – it’s still all new at the moment but I’m really pleased to have been given the opportunity and feel I’m learning a lot.

“I’m looking forward to seeing what the next ten years bring!”
