We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our HR team as a HR Administrator. In this role, you will provide an efficient and effective Payroll and HR administration service to the wider HR team and the Winn Group.

Responsibilities

  • As our HR Administrator, you will ensure the HR platform is maintained and all employee information is accurate.
  • Payroll Administration, including variations to terms of employment
  • Update and maintain employee absence records.
  • Prepare Contracts and Offers of Employment.
  • Process new starters.
  • Process staff leavers.
  • HR and payroll reporting
  • Monitoring of the HR ServiceDesk and ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies, including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used.
  • To ensure you uphold the Core Values of the Winn Group.
  • Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it.

·Competitive Salary: £26,166.40 based on 40 hours per week

Working Hours

This role is Full Time based on 40 Hours per week. The Working Pattern for this role is Monday to Friday. We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.

About You

To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone who brings a blend of must-have skills and experiences, along with those extra special qualities that can really make a difference to our team and business.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • ·Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades 4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
  • Experience in administering HR processes.
  • ·Experience in collating and administering information for payroll.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • ·Confidential, discreet, and diplomatic approach.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • ·CIPD Qualified minimum Level 3.
