Responsibilities
- As a Trainee Claims Handler, you will handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.
- Looking after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients.
- Being articulate, having a strong communication skill set to handle complex claims, and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
- Working to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, meaning taking ownership of your caseload is essential.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Contact centre experience
- Target-driven/experience working to KPIs
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good independent and team working skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Insurance Sector experience
- Case management experience
- Prior knowledge of motor claims, liability, and litigation
