Congratulations are in order for Amy Tye after she celebrated her 15-year anniversary at the company.
Starting back in 2011, Amy joined Winns alongside long-term friend Jade Jackson, who is also an integral part of our First Response Team, and she has enjoyed a variety of roles during a decade-and-a-half of career development.
Joining in the Fault Claims Team, she moved to being a ULR (Uninsured Loss Recovery) agent before joining the Command Centre prior to becoming a Senior in the Telematics and Claims Department most recently.
A well-liked and respected member of the group, Amy continues to make important contributions to her team and the wider department.
She said: “I did not expect to be here this long but I’ve always enjoyed my job roles within Winns. The people I’ve worked with and continue to work with are a major reason for staying as long as I have.
“It’s a great milestone and I know the future is promising here as the company is thriving and taking on new challenges which gives people more opportunities to progress.
“I’d like to thank my management throughout my time at Winns for giving me the opportunity to gain more knowledge and more responsibilities.”
