Reaching your ten-year anniversary at a company is cause for celebration on its own.

Doing so, and then heading off on maternity leave to give birth to your baby girl is a very different way to celebrate!

That’s what Joanne Reid has enjoyed after she reached her decade anniversary recently, being presented with flowers, vouchers, and a bottle of champagne that might need to sit on ice for a little while.

The On Medical 24/7 Team leader, who started with Winn Solicitors, has worked in a range of positions and departments over the years.

She said: “I started on Winns’ reception and worked there until 2015 before coming to On Medical to work on the Medical Experts Team.

“Then I moved to the Customer Service Administrators Team where I earned a promotion to Team Senior and now to Team Leader which is where I am at the minute.

“I’ve gained a wide range of knowledge from the different roles in different departments within the group and I feel that from this knowledge I was able to move up to Team Leader.

“The ten years have flown over!”
