An original On Medical 24/7 apprentice has been promoted to the role of Team Senior after three successful years with the company.

Lauren Milburn, who started as a Customer Service Administrator (CSA) Apprentice before moving into a CSA role, now moves into a Team Senior position.

“I cracked open a bottle of prosecco with my family to celebrate the promotion!” said former apprentice Lauren.

“I felt extremely happy when I was given this opportunity; this was the next step in progressing my career here and it was great to get recognised for my achievements.

“On Medical gave me the opportunity to complete my apprenticeship while also learning the customer service administrative role.  There is such an amazing team who work here which makes the atmosphere in the office always positive.”

On Medical 24/7 Operations Manager Kelven Oxberry said; “Following completion of her apprenticeship, Lauren has proven to be committed, reliable and pushed herself to expand her knowledge to help others.

“I would like to congratulate Lauren. Her promotion shows opportunities are there for existing apprentices and I’m sure her career here is just getting started.”
