Winns would like to wish Thomas Douglas a happy anniversary, as he has been with us for ten years!

Thomas first joined the Winns team in 2008 as a claims handler. He has performed admirably during his time with the company and has continued to progress over the years to become a team leader and an integral part of our First Response Team.

“The best thing about my 10 years at Winns, for me, is the people I've worked with,” says Thomas. “I enjoy the people immensely, and I've met some great people here. It's a great place to work, and Winns has also given me the opportunity to progress in my career, so I'm really looking forward to the future.”

During Thomas' first ten years at Winns he has seen the group prosper and grow to over 400 staff. It's people like Thomas and their hard work and dedication that have made such success possible.

We're already looking forward to seeing what the future brings for Thomas, but for now, we'd just like to say 'happy anniversary!' We can't wait to see what the future brings, and we are looking forward to further success together.
