Winn Group is delighted to announce that David Dewar joins Winn Solicitors today in the new role of Head of Contested Litigation (Associate Director).

David is well-known and respected throughout the industry qualifying 15 years ago at Browell Smith & Co before moving to Ward Hadaway where he became a Partner. He joins Winns from his Partner role at Beecham Peacock where he is described as a ‘tough litigator with meticulous attention to detail.’

David’s strong reputation stems from his previous involvement in commercial and key decision-making at large practices around changes to the Personal Injury market, his knowledge in general and specific to commercial litigation.

He has extensive litigation experience in all aspects of personal injury and general litigation as well as experience in all types and value of Personal Injury work. He has widespread industry knowledge and know-how as well as strong relationships with many barristers’ chambers.
