Mark Howell has recently joined the IT Team at Winns, in the role of Proclaim Developer.
In his new role, Mark, from Newcastle, will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Proclaim case management system. Mainly this will involve workflow projects to streamline processes across the business.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked at Browell Smith and Co. He initially started out in an administrative role, before moving on to become an Accounts Clerk. From there he was promoted to Accounts and Costs Department Supervisor, where his role diversified, and he began working on the development of the case management system. He joins Winns with five years of experience in this area.
Mark said;
“Moving to Winns has been a big change, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. I spent a lot of time in my previous role streamlining processes within the case management system and I am very much looking forward to continuing this in my new role using the skills I have gained through my background in accounts and development. This is a new challenge for me and being able to assist in the development of a firm that is already thriving in what is a very difficult market is an exciting prospect.”
