Congratulations are in order for Tom Behan and Shannon Hugill as they are set to join the roll of solicitors in early October.

With their training contracts set to come to an end this month, the pair have worked diligently to reach this point and will become qualified solicitors next month. They will continue their careers with the company after this point.
Winn Group Associate Director and Training Lead Jo Amos was delighted to see the pair reach this stage.
She said; “I would like to pass on my congratulations to Shannon and Tom. They have worked hard, initially to be awarded a training contract and then over the last two years to qualify as solicitors.

“I am sure they will continue this dedication into their new roles at Winns.”
Tom’s line manager Chris Cullingworth, Winn Group Associate Director – Head of Vehicle Damage, said;

“Tom has done fantastic in his time in Vehicle Damage and his personal progression has been a joy to witness. Tom has worked very hard during his training contract and has a very bright future ahead of him.”

Upon hearing the news of Shannon’s milestone achievement, her line manager David Dewar, Winn Group Associate Director – Head of Commercial and Contested Litigation, said;

“Shannon’s keen eye for detail and tenacious approach has led to her excelling as a fee earner in the Fraud Team and I am delighted that she will be embarking on the next phase of her career as a solicitor within the Part 7 department.”

Tom is happy to have reached this point in his career and is looking forward to the next step with Winns.
He said;

“I have found [the training contract] very useful in gaining knowledge in other aspects of the firm, such as costs.
“I’m pleased that I have qualified and can start the next part of my career.”
Shannon was surprised with how quickly the time went, as she looks to the future and a career with Winns.
She said;

“It’s actually gone really quickly. I can’t believe two years has passed already.

“I feel like I’ve gained a lot more independence with my work and I’m proud of myself that I’ll finally be a qualified solicitor.”
