Sadie Mason Noble and Beth Quinn are the latest aspiring solicitors to complete their training contract at Winn Group.

Now fully qualified, the pair have conducted themselves admirably throughout and are both looking forward to the next challenge in their careers with us.

Jo Amos, Winns Training Principal, said: “Both Sadie and Beth have worked very hard over the last two years to reach the point of qualifying as solicitors. They thoroughly deserve this achievement and recognition.

“I am very pleased for them and congratulate them on this success and their promotion to their respective new roles as Team Leader and Lead Training and Development Officer in the Vehicle Damage – Post-Litigation Team.

Sadie was delighted to reach this milestone in her career and is hoping to continue her progression at the organisation.

She said: “Completing the training contract was a huge relief and I am extremely grateful to be offered a role as a qualified solicitor - it felt surreal.

“The progression at Winns has been incredible; I started in 2021 having just graduated from university and in just over three years I have qualified, which has always been a long-term goal of mine.

“I never expected to achieve this so quickly and I have Winns to thank. I am very excited about what the future holds in my career.”

Beth, who has now been offered, and accepted, a new role in the company, was equally pleased to achieve this.

She said: “I was very emotional, as to be expected! I am delighted to have qualified as a solicitor and I am so grateful to have been offered a role as the Lead Training and Development Officer within the Vehicle Damage – Post-Litigation department.

“I’m really excited to develop within my new role and share my knowledge from my previous roles with others in the department.

“I have always felt supported by my team leaders and senior management to progress in my career.”
