George Edwards Becomes Fellow of Legal Executives

After an extensive amount of study and exam work, George Edwards has been awarded the title of Fellow of Legal Executives.

An outstanding legal achievement, George, who works in our Serious and Technical Injury Team, has dedicated time outside of a full-time role to get to this point.

An alternative route to gaining a professional qualification in law, George is able to practice to an equivalent level of a Solicitor while conducting his role at Winns.

This highlights not only George’s individual excellence in the role, but also the burgeoning legal skill and experience within our teams, who seek, every single day, to deliver outstanding customer care that delivers for each individual who comes to us for help and support in the aftermath of a non-fault accident.

Naveen Sandhu, Serious and Technical Injury Claims Manager, said: "George's achievement is a remarkable testament to his unwavering dedication and professionalism.

“His ability to balance both his studies and work underscores his strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills.

“I am confident that he is on course for a long and successful career.”

A long road that involved exams in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation and Client Care, as well as a portfolio of work, George was delighted to discover the news.

“This is a really big achievement for me,” he said.

“It has required a lot of hard work and sacrificing of my time outside of work but it has been worth it in the end.

“It’s a big milestone in my legal career and one I’m very proud of.

“I’d like to thank Naveen (Sandhu, Serious and Technical Injury Claims Manager) and Emma (Jasarevic, Solicitor), and the rest of the Serious and Tech Team, for all their support over the last few years in helping me qualify.”

After a strict review of his submitted work, George has now been admitted as a Fellow by the CILEX regulation board.
