Meisha Wallace, HR Advisor at Winn Solicitors, has recently been awarded her CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management.

The CIPD are a professional body for HR and people development. The course, which Meisha took on a part-time basis while working at Winns, has allowed her to apply various elements of the course to her day-to-day duties.

Following her recent qualification, Meisha hopes to take on another year of study, in order top-up her CIPD level 5 qualification to a degree in business management (human resources pathway).
