Winns welcomes HR Recruitment Officer Claire Devlin to our growing team.

Claire, who is originally from Solihull, has gained a great deal of HR experience across her previous roles in the NHS, Jaguar Land Rover and Neuro Partners.

Alongside her professional experience, Claire has also completed a CIPD Level 5 diploma in Human Resource Management, and a REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice.

In her new role, Claire will focus on the recruitment needs of the business. She will also be responsible for an HR generalist workload, under the supervision of Colette Adair, and be responsible for the training of the HR Assistant, Meisha Wallace.
