Winn Solicitors has recently introduced a dedicated Customer Service Team, led by Customer Service Manager, Lucy Molina. Lucy and her team of eight will provide a friendly and efficient service to customers, resolving queries or passing them through to the relevant department.
Customer Service Manager Lucy, from Jarrow, is new to the firm. Prior to joining Winn Solicitors, she gained a Certificate of Higher Education in Business Management from Sunderland University. She then began her career at AA Insurance as a Customer Service Advisor. Lucy was promoted to Team Coach, and then Team Leader at AA, before joining Winn Solicitors in September 2015.
Lucy said;
“The Customer Service Team will be a big support to the business, allowing the customer to gain immediate advice, rather than waiting for a specific file handler to become available. The new team will also take pressure of other departments, by resolving issues quickly at the first point of contact. I’m excited about what the future holds for me at Winns – so far, my move to the firm has given me the opportunity to use my skills and knowledge to mould a new department.”
The Customer Service Team is responsible for completing tasks such as updating customer information, and providing general support and advice about a customer’s claim.
