Jenna Whitton, Process Coordinator at On Medical, is celebrating ten years of working at Winn Solicitors. She shares some highlights of working at the firm over the years:
------------
I joined Winns aged 18, as I wanted to pursue a career within a legal environment. I stayed with the firm because I enjoyed my job and working for the company. I could see career opportunities ahead as Winns progressed and grew. I love the energy of the company as the staff always strive to make things bigger and better.
I started off as a Legal Secretary in the Heaton Road office, before moving on to become a Team Leader of the Legal Secretaries (Clerks Team). In 2013, I moved to On Medical and into the role of Medical Team Leader. I have most recently moved into my new role of Process Coordinator, which I am thoroughly enjoying.
My professional highlight was the move to On Medical. It was challenging as the Medical Secretary side of the role was new to me, and there was a need to implement processes and build a team. I worked extremely hard on this and now we have an excellent team of secretaries providing an efficient and professional service.
Winn Group is a brilliant place to work and I have enjoyed the ten years I have been here. If you work hard you will be supported and rewarded every step of the way.

On Medical Manager, Kerry Hodgson added;
“I am delighted that Jenna has remained with the Winn Group and shown dedication to the firm as it has grown over the years. From the early days in an open plan office of four, she showed great commitment and knowledge, which has proven to be an asset not only to her, but to me, as I have been lucky enough to have worked with Jenna both at Winn Solicitors Limited and On Medical Limited. Her skills and experience have played a key part in the success of On Medical and with her, the future of On Medical remains positive. From a personal point of view Jenna is a joy to work with – a positive attitude, motivational to others and most importantly, a smiley face to get us all through the day. Congratulations Jenna!”
