A Winn Solicitors employee has been awarded a recognised quality standard for those representing claimants in personal injury matters by the Law Society.

Winns, a part of Winn Group, prides itself on outstanding client care in a range of legal fields with the award being earned by Naveen Sandhu a significant achievement to be celebrated.

The Personal Injury Accreditation is a mark of high standards recognised across the industry, and Naveen, a Winns Serious and Technical Injury Claims Manager, now holds this accreditation for the next three years after the completion of a detailed application form and production of a lengthy portfolio of work highlighting the skills obtained through practice in this sector.

Naveen said: “It highlights expertise in the field of personal injury and provides clients with the knowledge that they have a solicitor with proven competency in personal injury law, and that we comply with the best practice quality mark that clients can trust.”

David Dewar, Winn Group Associate Director and Head of Commercial and Contested Litigation, said: “Naveen is a first class solicitor who places his clients’ interests at the very heart of the matter and achieves fantastic results for them.

“His ethos and exceptionally high standards are reflected across the Serious and Technical Injury Team.

“It is pleasing to see that he has received the Law Society recognition that he and the team so rightly deserve as national accident specialists.”

The requirements for a successful application include being a solicitor, experience of dealing with complex cases on issues of liability and quantum and needing to complete at least eight hours of relevant professional development events in each of the three years prior to applying for reaccreditation.
