Winn Solicitors has created the Serious and Technical Injury Claims Team, merging two existing departments to form a new structure.

As part of a restructuring process, the EL/PL Technical Claims Team and the Complex Team will be merged within the Personal Injury department to form the Serious and Technical Injury Claims Team, with an increased volume of cases anticipated at the legal firm, which is a part of Winn Group.

The switch provides a bright future for those involved, with a number of new claims expected to be taken on. For David Dewar, Winn Group Associate Director, this move only strengthens the company’s ability to manage claims effectively and efficiently, regardless of complexity.

He said of the new structure; “Since joining Winn Solicitors, I have been impressed by the calibre of lawyers within the Complex and EL/PL Technical Claims Teams. 

“I am excited by the formation of the Serious and Technical Injury Claims Team as it is the perfect blend of skills and experience from both teams that will allow more of the recognition the PI Department deserves.
