Sarah Smith has reached a notable milestone at Winn Group, passing the 15-year marker with the company.

The Vehicle Damage Team Leader has been a constant in the department for a number of years, and remembers only too well what it was like before its significant increase in headcount and work volumes.

She said: “Watching us grow to 14 Team Leaders with nine or 10 people in each team is astonishing.

“There’s a real passion and progression about what we’re doing at Winns.

“The changes in VD shows how much the firm is growing and the stance we are making in the industry. I remember starting with a notebook to write the letter codes in, so it is great to see how much we have developed and streamlined our processes.”

Sarah was keen to thank a few members of the team from over the years who have helped her develop her career.

She added: “I’d like to thank Katrina Rayne and Keelie Parkinson, who helped when I joined the team as a Paralegal before developing into a Team Leader role.

“And not forgetting Chris Cullingworth and Rebecca Colby for their support and belief in not only me but our team – the A-team.”
