Congratulations to Scott Matfin, Jackie Hall and Amy Scorfield who are all celebrating ten years of working at Winn Group.

Scott Matfin, Assistant Manager at On Hire, tells us about his experiences over the last ten years with Winns.

I originally joined Winns from Zurich, as I could see great potential in the company. Initially, I worked in the First Response Team as a Claims Handler, before becoming a Team Leader. I was then promoted to become Assistant Manager of On Hire.

When I started, we worked in the old office above Kwik Save, so it’s great to see how the company has grown. The people who I work with make it a great place to work.

I’m very proud of my progression within the company, and I have also recently completed my Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Management, which is one of my career highlights to date.
