Liam Parker has been promoted to the role of Telematics and Claims Processing Manager, with a significant increase in Telematics work prompting a strengthening of the department.

Two teams will now merge to form one stronger unit that will enhance Winns’ already excellent Telematics set-up.

A 24-hour Telematics and FNOL provider, Winns is always on the lookout for ways to enhance the client offering and efficiency changes that provide the most seamless service.

To that effect, a new three-person management team has been created to lead the Telematics and Claims Processing department.

Liam will become Telematics and Claims Processing Manager, working with existing Claims Processing Team Leader Emma Monaghan, and newly appointed Claims Processing Team Leader Ethan McMahon.

Deputy Head of FRT Paul Hewitson: “All three will form a strong Telematics & Claims Processing Management Team to support and lead the team to achieve its goals and targets.”

When speaking of the new role and altered set-up, Liam said: “We’ve pooled our resources and together we can achieve more.

“Streamlining our processes keeps our existing customers happy with our level of service and allows our claims handlers to focus more on conversion.

“As a result of this change, our existing call volumes should decrease and that should see quicker resolution for our clients.

“From my perspective, I’ll be ensuring the team is being run efficiently, looking for opportunities to streamline and modernise current processes, as well as assessing opportunities to expand our responsibilities even further.”
