Winn Group is pleased to welcome Valeria Karam to the Vehicle Damage Training and Development Team, after she earned a well-deserved promotion to the position.

Upskilling current staff and providing them with the renewed confidence to succeed in their role, and ensuring a smooth transition for new starters, our training teams work diligently to enhance the performance of those in the wider teams.

Valeria will become an assistant in the Vehicle Damage Training and Development team, supporting staff in the wider department with day-to-day training, developing knowledge and skillsets, as well as assisting in the training of new starters.

Upon being awarded the promotion, Valeria said: “I was very pleased, it made my day. It is such a great opportunity and a big career progression for me.

“I hope to help employees as much as I can, contribute more to the company, and gain experience and further skills in this role.
