Three Winn Group staff will pass a decade at the company this month as a notable milestone is achieved.

The trio - Fionna Allan, Sophie Hagan and Katrina Rayne – have been with the company since 2010, working across different departments but showing the same levels of loyalty, dedication and commitment.

Fionna started at On Medical as a Medical Expert Coordinator, before transferring to Winns in 2018 as a Secretary/Assistant.

When discussing the news, Fionna’s line manager Susan Dodgson, Central Administration Manager, said;

“Reaching the 10-year mark is a wonderful achievement. She is hard-working and diligent and has dedicated a lot of time over the years to the company, and for the benefit of the company.”

Sophie was a Winn Solicitors Admin Assistant, before moving to On Medical in 2015 as a Medical Secretary. She is now a Customer Service Administrator.

Her line manager Kelven Oxberry, Operations Manager at On Medical, said;

“Sophie is a pleasure to manage, is always positive, lights up the office and is on hand to help support her colleagues given the knowledge she has developed over her 10-year service.

“We’re delighted to have Sophie with us. Congratulations on the anniversary!”

Katrina started at Winns as a Solicitor, before being promoted to a Team Leader in 2014 in the Clerks Team. She later moved to the Litigation Team as a Solicitor before assuming the role of ‘Senior Supervising Solicitor’ in the Vehicle Damage department.

Her line manager Chris Cullingworth, Associate Director and Head of Vehicle Damage, said;

“Katrina is a dedicated and hard-working member of the team who has shown loyalty and commitment. She has gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge in credit hire litigation during her time, imparting this onto the Vehicle Damage team.”
