Winn Group is delighted to have promoted Lauren Swan to Development Analyst within the IT department.

Having initially joined Winns from school as an Apprentice Administration Assistant on the Post Team in 2018, there is a particular sense of pride that Lauren has found and progressed her career within the Group.

Since starting her new role in IT, Lauren's day-to-day duties now involve helping to improve the functionality and efficiency of Proclaim, supporting the Development team with projects, and assisting users via ServiceDesk requests.

Lauren is pleased to have been chosen for her new role, saying; "I enjoy my new role as every day is different and there's always something new to learn."

Jackie Parker, Group Change and Development Analyst is thrilled that in just a short few weeks Lauren has exceeded all expectations and is already showing a lot of independence in her role. ​

She commented; "Lauren is using her knowledge from her time in the Post Team, along with her Proclaim development training to makes suggestions for improvements.  She has shown a great understanding of not only Proclaim development, but Winns processes as a whole. The team can't wait to see how far she can push herself in this difficult but rewarding role.​"
