Solicitor David Burn has recently joined the Complex Claims Team at Winns.

David specialises in high-value and complex serious injury claims, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputees, multiple orthopaedic injuries, and fatalities.

Prior to joining Winns, David worked as an Associate Solicitor in the Serious Injury Department at TLW Solicitors, and a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor at Minster Law.

Alongside his role working in the Complex Claims Team at Winns, David will continue in his current post as Branch Secretary at Headway County Durham. Headway County Durham is a registered charity, set up to improve the lives of those who have suffered brain injuries in the County Durham area. In this role, David assists in the development, organisation, and implementation of support services and information for brain injury survivors, their families and carers as well as professionals in the health and legal fields.
