We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our File Closure team as an Apprentice Archiving Administration Assistant.

Alongside studying a Level 3 in Business Administration, this role will involve assisting in the administration and compliance processes are required to ensure the correct closure of completed case files within Winn Group.

Responsibilities

  • As an Apprentice Archiving Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for liaising with various departments to coordinate the archiving of concluded case files, in line with the company's procedures.
  • Carrying out archiving of all file types for all departments.
  • Ensuring that client ledgers are properly reviewed and closed down, whilst also suggesting efficiency improvements.

Working Hours

This role is full-time, based on 37.5 hours per week. The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.


We are also fully office-based in Byker, Newcastle.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, grades 4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Ability to plan and prioritise.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and ability to challenge appropriately.
  • ·Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives.
  • Experience in demonstrating effective teamwork within a commercial environment.
