We are looking for a Case Handler to join our successful On Hire team, where you will be responsible for managing vehicle repairs and hire for clients involved in road traffic accidents. Responsibilities

  • As a Case Handler, you will process the repair and/or hire of vehicles for clients who have been involved in a road traffic accident.
  • Take instructions from clients to arrange a suitable booking in date for repairs and hire.
  • Arrange urgent recovery of vehicles and safe storage.
  • Manage your own caseload.
  • Manage a caseload and keep up to date on tasks by prioritising urgent instructions.
  • Review defendant evidence to provide rebuttal responses to support the recovery of credit hire charges.
  • Assess clients’ needs for hire vehicles.
  • Liaise with body shops to agree standard rates and make repair arrangements.
  • Being articulate, having strong communication skills and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
