Responsibilities

  • As a Claims Processor, you will handle telephone inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and third parties about claims to ensure that all claims are handled efficiently and in the correct technical manner and can be settled in line with policy cover and legal liability.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, manage their expectations, and deliver appropriate outcomes.
  • Ensure accuracy in all aspects of claims processing.
  • Ensure regular updates on vehicle repairs.
  • Organise and upload reports/invoices for claims.
  • Review and action on total loss reports and coordinating vehicle collection.
  • Conduct pre-checks and sign up clients for Open Banking.
  • Handle medical instructions.
  • Assist case handlers with claim tasks to keep the department updated.
  • Accurately record key information for road traffic accidents.
  • Manage overflow of incoming calls and assist with telematics FNOL when required.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies.
  • Uphold the core values of Winn Group.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management team.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary of £25,000 - £27,000.

Plus, an excellent bonus earning potential (top performers earn an average of £500 bonus per month, plus overtime).
