Hire and Recovery Handler

Salary: £22,318.40 (based on 40 hours)

This is a great opportunity for a Hire and Recovery Handler with the ability to work towards shared goals and objectives to join On Hire with responsibility for dealing with direct instructions from Winn Solicitors for the provision of credit hire, credit repair and credit recovery and storage services.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking Instruction from clients to arrange a suitable booking in date for repairs and hire.
  • Arranging urgent recovery of vehicles to safe storage.
  • Managing a caseload and keeping up to date on tasks by prioritising urgent instructions.
  • Reviewing defendant evidence to provide rebuttal responses to support the recovery of credit hire charges.
  • Assessing the clients need for hire.
  • Liaising with body shops to agree standard rates and make repair arrangements.
