We're on the lookout for an ambitious individual to join our Official Injury Claims team as a Personal Injury Portal Team Leader where you would have the responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and leadership within the OIC sub-team of the First Response Team.

Responsibilities
- As a Personal Injury Portal Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Fee Earners to provide the best service and achieve departmental targets.
- Interact and engage with clients providing support and advice for escalated matters and maintaining an agreed caseload of OIC files.
- Liaise with department managers, team leaders and team members to ensure department targets are met and strive to exceed the same.
- Actively contribute towards team management meetings with suggestions for more efficient working within the team.

Skills and Experience
- 12 Months + leadership experience, preferably in Personal Injury.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Civil procedure and litigation.
- Experience in effectively running a caseload of files and dealing with queries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and/or experience of leading a team within a commercial environment.
- Ability to interact with debtors in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Ability to solve problems by way of critical analysis and effective decision-making.
- Ability to coach and support others.
- Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
- IT literate.
- Ability to develop and motivate self and others.
