We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our Customer Service Team as Apprentice Customer Service Advisors.

Alongside studying a Level 2 in Customer Service, this role will be instrumental in elevating the quality of service we provide to our valued clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • As a Trainee Customer Service Advisor, you will work towards being able to provide help and advice to clients and third parties via telephone and email.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and keep their records updated.
  • Investigate and solve client queries.
  • Chase supporting evidence regarding client claims.
  • Send correspondence to clients via email and post.
  • Minimise Fee Earner’s workload by being the first point of contact for clients and third parties.
  • Being articulate, having strong communication skills and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
  • Reviewing and referring calls through to the appropriate departments.
  • Efficiently manage a task load from the dedicated Customer Service Team task list.

Base Hourly Salary of £8.79 based on 40 hours per week.

About You

To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone who brings a blend of must-have skills and experiences, along with those extra special qualities that can really make a difference to our team and business.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
  • Ability to interact with clients and colleagues professionally and appropriately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Cooperative and flexible approach.
  • ·Commitment to own personal development.
  • IT literate.
