Responsibilities
- As a Trainee Debt Recovery Paralegal, you will be responsible for maintaining an active case load with the aim of ensuring maximum client conversion and debt recovery.
- Liaising with clients in relation to their claims for compensation.
- Negotiating with debtors.
- Issuing Part 7 and Part 8 Proceedings.
- Drafting Court documents, to include applications for attachment of earnings orders and charging orders.
