As our teams continue to benefit from growth in new instructions, we are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (with over 5 years PQE) to join our Serious and Technical Injury Claims Team.
The ability to work to a high level, within a busy team, on high-quality work for a wide range of clients, is essential to apply for this opportunity. We are looking for an ambitious experienced, enthusiastic Solicitor possessing a strong technical ability and work ethic together with excellent communication and customer care skills to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for a case load Employers’ and Public Liability claims along with the larger value or otherwise complex road traffic claims.
- Advising clients on liability, quantum together with factual and medical causation issues.
- Litigating client matters via Part 7 and Part 8 Proceedings to include all steps to trial or settlement.

Essential Skills and Experience
Ability to manage EL, PL and RTA personal injury matters with minimum supervision
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical and factual causation issues, together with past and future losses and ability to draft complex schedules of loss.
- Confident and appropriate telephone skills.
- Team ethic, cooperative and flexibility.
- A commitment to professional development.
- Strong ICT skills.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- ·5 years post-qualification experience.
- ·Mentoring and supervisory experience.
- ·Knowledge of Proclaim and other case management systems.
