Due to a significant increase in new instructions involving motorcycle collisions, we are expanding our dedicated team and seeking skilled Personal Injury Paralegals with a special interest in this area.

Responsibilities
- As a Specialist Personal Injury Paralegal, you will manage a caseload of fast-track (and potentially multi-track) motorcycle injury claims.
- ·Collaborate with medical experts, engineers, and liability specialists.
- ·Draft legal documents, including court pleadings, schedules of loss, and witness statements.
- Advise clients clearly and compassionately on merits, evidence, and settlement.
- Drive rehabilitation-focused strategies to optimise client outcomes.
- Deliver client care in line with SRA regulations and our own exceptional standards.
What We Offer
Working Hours
This role is full-time, based on 37.5 hours per week.
The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
We are also fully office-based in Byker, Newcastle.
About You
To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone who brings a blend of must-have skills and experiences, along with those extra special qualities that can make a difference to our team and business.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in personal injury claims (motorcycle expertise preferred).
- ·MoJ Portal or Fast-Track experience is beneficial.
- A demonstrable interest in cycling and road safety for vulnerable road users.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- A proactive, empathetic, and client-centred approach.
- Excellent organisational and case management skills.
- Experience with Proclaim (desirable).
