We're looking for driven candidates to join Winn Group for a Year Long Academic Placement as a Legal Assistant within our Costs Department, for the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
Here, you'll acquire first-hand experience within a legal firm and delve into diverse aspects of the law, gaining invaluable insights along the way.
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities
Duties as a Legal Assistant will include administration tasks to assist fee earners, and will include:
- ·Preparing schedules and bills of costs, to include litigation schedules such as estimates and statements of costs for trial applications.
- Negotiation of legal costs and disbursements.
- Issuing part 7 and part 8 proceedings and making applications.
- Liaising with legal teams.
