Winn Solicitors, the Specialist Road Traffic Accident Firm, is thrilled to have received the 'Investors in People' accreditation. Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management business improvement standard.

Investors in People offers a business improvement tool designed to help all kinds of organisations develop performance through their employees. The assessment process is undertaken by external assessors via interviews with randomly selected employees.

Staff training has been heavily invested in by Winn Solicitors, there are currently over 60 employees training towards a NVQ in either Customer Service or Business Administration. Staff training has ensured employees are developing their knowledge and performing their job role to best of their ability.
