Winn Solicitors, the Specialist Road Traffic Accident Solicitors, is celebrating employee Aniqah Rafi qualifying as a Solicitor.

Aniqah joined Winn Solicitors in 2008 after completing her Law Degree at The University of Leeds and Legal Practice Course (LPC) at York College of Law. Aniqah started in the firm as a Claims Handler in the First Response Team and progressed through the company to become a Team Leader in the Legal Clerks Team.

During Aniqah’s quick progression, she began her training contract with the company and qualified in April 2012 as a Solicitor.

Aniqah comments;

“I started working at Winn Solicitors, fresh from university. I have been given a great opportunity by the company to further my career. The support and experience I have acquired, prior to qualification has far exceeded my expectations and I am proud to say I am a Solicitor at Winn Solicitors.”

Winn Solicitors actively supports training in all areas of the business and currently has over 60 employees taking NVQ Qualifications in Customer Service and Business Administration, from several departments across the company.

The company has won several awards over the past few years for training and service. The most recent award the company has gained is for Claims Management Company of the Year 2011 at the Eclipse Proclaim Personal Injury Awards. The award was judged on communication skills, commitment to ethical and effective claims handling and levels of client service, satisfaction and focus. It is a great achievement for Winn Solicitors, a local North East Company to win a national award and to be recognised by the judging panel of industry experts.
