Congratulations to the Winn Group Finance Director, Iain Richardson, on securing the Finance Director of the Year title at the North East Accountancy Awards on Thursday 26 June.

The ceremony saw the region's accounting and finance stars praised for their achievements at a black tie dinner hosted by BBC Breakfast News presenter Colin Briggs at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead.

400 people from the region’s business community were brought together in a celebration of individual and team success in accountancy and finance.

The night also saw success for chartered accountancy firm Tait Walker, who were awarded Corporate Finance Deal of the Year for their handling of the Winn Group’s recent investment by JZI and Souter Investments.
