National charity Action on Hearing Loss has again recognised Winn Solicitors efforts in providing excellent service and accessibility to customers and employees who are deaf or have hearing loss, through its Louder than Words charter accreditation. Winns first received the prestigious accreditation in July 2013, and has maintained it every year to date.

The largest charity of its kind, Action on Hearing Loss represents over ten million people across the UK who are deaf or hard of hearing. Their Louder than Words charter accreditation sets out best practice standards for businesses that are committed to improving accessibility.
