Congratulations are in order for Liam Davidson and Hannah Entwistle who have recently qualified as solicitors with Winns.

Prior to joining the firm, Liam, from Walbottle, studied a four-year MLaw degree at Northumbria University while Hannah, from High Wycombe, studied philosophy at Cardiff University before completing her GDL and LPC at Northumbria University.

Liam and Hannah, who are both currently working in the Vehicle Damage Team, were awarded training contracts in 2015.

Liam said;

“My training contract with Winns has provided a great foundation for my career and future – I’ve really enjoyed it. It feels surreal to qualify, and it’s a real milestone achievement that I have chased since deciding to stay on at school for A levels instead of leaving to complete a plumbing apprenticeship.

“My ambition now is to become an accomplished litigator in the personal injury sector. One goal at a time – you never know what can happen in the future!

“Winns has provided me with significant experience in both part 7 and portal litigation. The exposure is second to none and makes for a great learning environment. Everyone is really friendly, and it’s a great company to work for.”

Hannah added;

“I feel very pleased and proud to qualify as a solicitor as it’s something I have been working towards for a very long time.

“In the future I am looking forward to developing in my career and dealing with more complex cases.

“Working at Winns is great – the job is fast paced and always interesting, and the people I work with are a privilege to know and work alongside.”
