Liam Parker, from Gateshead, joined Winn Solicitors eight years ago as an admin assistant in the Post Team.

On joining the firm, he was quick to make an impression and was promoted within around eight months. At first, he joined sales support part-time, while still continuing some of his duties on the post team, before progressing on to his current role, in the Command Centre.

Now a Command Centre operative, he is responsible for responding to website enquiries, replying to web chats, monitoring Live Chat and Facebook. He also provides telematics data support for two of Winns' broker clients.

Liam said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed working at Winns over the past eight years. It has been great to have been offered opportunities to progress within the company. I am really enjoying my current role in the Command Centre – it has allowed me to develop new skills, and work across several different areas of responsibility.”
