Winn Group is delighted to announce that Reece Trammer and Nadia Hussain are the latest Winn Solicitors staff to be awarded training contracts following the recent selection process.

Both Nadia and Reece were delighted to have been selected and are looking forward to getting started with their training which will commence in December.

Nadia emphasized her gratitude for the backing she has already received from Winns saying;

“After coming from a Defendant background and moving from a new city to Newcastle, Winns have continually supported me to enhance my skills and knowledge. I have felt encouraged and supported including after returning from maternity leave, to pursue my ambition to become a Solicitor. I am excited to commence my PSC and training contract seats to allow me to gain further legal exposure and experience.”

Proving that consistent hard work and persistence pay off, Reece commented that this was not his first attempt at receiving the training contract adding;

"I’m absolutely over the moon. Getting rejected in my first application was frustrating, but I took on board the feedback provided and made sure I was more prepared this time. It makes the last 6 years of hard work from starting my degree to now worth every minute and I’m looking forward to learning about different aspects of the firm."

Associate Director, Jo Amos, who was part of the selection panel, praised the high standard of applications and said;

“Congratulations to Reece and Nadia on their successful applications to become trainee solicitors. There was fierce competition from the other candidates and they had to perform to a very high standard to be selected. I am sure they will continue working at this level once they embark on their period of training and will achieve their goal of becoming qualified solicitors.”
