Lee Radley started his current job at Winns 10 years ago and hasn’t looked back since as he celebrates a notable anniversary.

The Business Development Executive passed the decade marker at the company but can still remember the day he decided to move from the insurance side of the sector and into claims management.

He said: “I have an insurer background and with over 14 years of experience with LV= I had always known Winns was very strong in the marketplace.

“A commercial opportunity presented itself back in 2013 that made Winns the perfect fit for what I needed to achieve at that particular time with my broker relationships.

“When I joined, it had the feeling of a family run business which I really enjoyed after coming from a huge corporate. Even though the business has grown exponentially, adapted, and changed, it hasn’t lost its focus on the people and the value they have added to its success.

“I haven’t looked back since that first day.”

Lee has taken great pride over the years in the evolution of the Business Development team, which has garnered huge work volumes from brokers, providing the foundation for the company’s continued success and massive expansion.

He continued: “We are a small team in Business Development and when you consider the amount of business that is generated via the broker channels, it is remarkable.

“It requires a group of people that are experienced in what they do and are able to balance relationship management with acute commercial awareness.

“Being an experienced member of the team and being part of these disciplines has allowed me to stay motivated over a longer period of time. We have a great team and long may that continue.

“I am very proud to be part of the Winns success story.”
