Passing the two-decade marker with Winns gives you access to an elite club!

Lyndsey McNally joins Susan Dodgson, her line manager, Jo Amos, and Jeff Winn as the only people to reach 20 years at the company.

More will certainly follow over the years, but it is a magnificent achievement for Lyndsey, with her dedication and commitment appreciated by the organisation.

She said: “I started working here in my 20s and never really thought of a long-term plan, but I thoroughly enjoy working at Winns and the time has passed really quickly – I can’t believe I have been here for 20 years!

“I’ve most enjoyed spending time with the people I work with and the laughs we have had over the years. I have worked with Susan for 20-plus years and we have always worked well together.

“I enjoy the variation of work. I am taking on new challenges and learning new skills. I enjoy working with the girls and we are all there to support each other and help one another.

“Although there have been many changes over the years, I feel Winns is a proactive company who are always one step ahead of any obstacles that are put in its way.

“I therefore feel reassured working here.”

Upon news of the milestone being reached, Lyndsey was keen to thank those in her team for their help and support over the years.

She added: “I would like to thank my manager, Susan, and Jo who have not only supported me in my working environment but have always supported me in my personal life.

“I would also like to thank all of the Central Administration Team.”

Susan Dodgson, Winn Group Central Administration Manager, said: “Lyndsey has been an excellent part of the team and a part of Winns for 20 years now.

“Lyndsey and I have built up a great friendship over the last 20 years as well as a fantastic working relationship.  She is extremely hardworking and loved by everyone in the team and really does have a heart of gold – she’ll do anything for anyone.   

“Congratulations Lyndsey - it’s certainly well deserved!”
