15-Year Anniversary for Associate Director Amy Graham

'}}

Winn Group Associate Director Amy Graham celebrated moving past a notable milestone, with too many people to thank after hitting 15 years at the company.

Starting in 2009 as a qualified solicitor, Amy has seen her career take a similar upward trajectory to that of the company, moving into a leadership role as Deputy Head of Commercial and Contested Litigation most recently.

David Dewar, Associate Director – Head of Commercial and Contested Litigation, said: “Amy’s 15 years of service exemplifies her determination, commitment, and dedication to the benefit of business.

“Her shrewd legal skills honed in the courtrooms of the Big Apple, as well as her great sense of humour, makes her an absolute pleasure to work with too!

“Congratulations Amy on this fantastic milestone and wishing you every success for many more.”

Amy took time to reflect on the journey so far:

What has encouraged you to spend 15 years of your career here?

I really like my job!  I’ve stayed here for 15 years because I have always enjoyed a fast-paced working environment and I like the challenge that litigation presents.

It is also quite exciting to be a part of an ever-growing business that is capable of transition when changes to legislation are introduced without any notice.

I also love the fact that we have become innovators and leaders in the Personal Injury and Credit Hire markets.

What do you enjoy most about the role/company?

Apart from the obvious answer that I like the people I work with, I am incredibly committed to the training and development within the PI department and wider business.

I think we are a unique business completely committed to developing individuals and working with them along their path to progression.

We offer opportunities to those capable individuals who work hard and are devoted to the business. It is incredibly satisfying to watch individuals/fee earners who you’ve managed progress and develop - the fee earners of today are the management team of the future.

What are your thoughts on the company’s direction of travel?

It’s exciting to see how we’ve grown over the years, particularly post Covid.  I have no doubt that we will continue along this path for a number of years!

Is there anyone you’d like to thank?

There are too many people to list individually so I would like to thank everyone who I have worked with over the years for making the last 15 years so pleasurable and gratifying.
